State Reporting 22.9.2.0 Release Notes

Health Info Report: Version 1.1

The report is now updated to pull the data from Student Contacts.

A new “Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search” link is added to the special functions page and will allow users to search for Digital Equity & Learning Preference records using configurable filters.

The config files have been modified and are now only called through the re-initialization cycle. This will improve SRP startup times and avoid previously reported failures.

When the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" pref is checked on the Attendance Preferences page on the admin portal, the Sub Teacher is not able to submit attendance if blank attendance is used for Single day attendance and Seating Chart.

Course Assignment Report: Version 2.1

The October Course Assignment report extraction logic is modified to include the Virtual Instruction field in the report output.

A new field, Virtual Instruction is added to the course page and section page with the following drop-down options:

• Blank (default option)
• MOCAPI - MOCAP Instruction
• MOCAPC - MOCAP Curriculum Only

A validation message is added to the Virtual Instruction field. If the Virtual Instruction code is MOCAPI or MOCAPC, then the delivery system will be V. If any option other than V is selected for the Course delivery system, then a validation message is displayed.

Course Assignment Report: Version 2.1

The GetCF method call is converted to direct extended fields to achieve better performance for the Course Assignment report.

Educator School Extract: Version 1.7

Core Educator Extract: Version 1.6

The report output logic is modified to extract the Base Salary Grant.

Student Core Extract: Version 5.0

The student core report extraction logic is modified to extract On Track to Graduate and Credits Earned to the output.

The following updates are made to accommodate the 22-23 School year changes:

• A new drop-down value, Unkown is added to the kindergarten Readiness field
• New fields, On Track to Graduate and Credits Earned are added to the Student Core Information tab
• A new field, Baseline Salary Grant is added to the Staff State Report Information section

Rearranged the State Reporting tab, so that all the MO state reports are under the following categories:

• Civil Rights Data Collection (2020-2021)
• MOSIS Submission Reports
• Missouri On-Demand Reports
• Deprecated Reports

Attendance Hours Audit Report: Version 3.4
The MO Attendance Hours Audit Report has been renamed to Attendance Hours Audit Report for consistency.

Student Assignment Report: Version 1.8

Converted the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better performance for Student Assignment Report.

GetCF are converted to direct table columns for these pages:

1. Missouri State Student Information - All Fields (Tab)
2. Student A+ Program Information (Tab)
3. ELL/Migrant/Immigrant Information (Tab)
