Student Enrollment and Attendance Report Updates for COVID-19

Student Enrollment and Attendance: Version 1.1
1-Hour of attendance is reported for newly enrolled students after the school closures due to COVID-19. The school closure dates can be set using an optional new report run parameter 'School Closure Date'. The 1-hour rule would apply only If:

The date is entered in the 'School Closure Date' field.
The Enrollment date of the student is after the school closure date.
There is no attendance value present. (RegHrsAttended column)
