ID	14.4.2	Number(10,0)	Unique identifier for registering person record.
Interpreter_Assistance	14.4.2	Number(1,0)	Person registering requires interpreter. 1 = Yes, 0 = No.
Last_Name	14.4.2	Varchar2(100)	Last Name.
People_In_Household	14.4.2	Number(11,0)	Number of people living in household.
