State Reporting 22.9.1.0 Release Notes

Updated the following vaccine descriptions with the ME descriptions.

1. DPT:
   DTaP - ME (PK-12); Doses required for compliance: PK -4 DTaP, K and > grades- 5 DTaP (4 DTaP if 4th is given on or after 4th birthday)
2. Polio:
   Polio - ME (PK-12); Doses required for compliance: PK -3 Polio, K and > grades- 4 Polio (3 Polio if the 3rd is given on or after the 4th birthday)
3. MMR:
   MMR ME (PK-12); Doses required for compliance: PK -1 MMR, K and > grades- 2 MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
4. Varicella (chickenpox):
   Varicella ME (PK-12); Doses required for compliance: PK -1 Varicella, K and > grades- 2 Varicella
5. Tdap:
   1 Tdap - ME; Doses required for compliance- 7^th^ and > grades- 1 Tdap
6. Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV4):
   1 MCV4 - ME; Doses required for compliance- 7^th^ and > grades- 1 MCV4; 12^th^ and > grade- 2 MCV4 (only one dose is required if the 1st dose is given on or after 16th birthday)

A preset listing of codes for post-secondary institutions provided by the state DOE is loaded for all ME users as a code set.
A new field Institution Codes is created and added to the student CTE page after the last field “Satellite Location”. Values from ME Institution Codes display.
