| PSSR-212421 | School Health Annual Report (New) | ME School Health Annual Report: Version 1.0 A new report is added to extract the data required for the annual Maine Department of Health School Health Annual Report. The report provides a count of student health screenings including Vision, Hearing, Medication Administration, and related office visit information in the form of the state template. Data entry for student and office visit information must be completed to ensure accurate reporting. The report can be run at the school level or the District level. Code Sets are used to provide common values for reporting and are automatically installed at the District Office.
