Multi-Day Attendance page has been updated and will no longer require attendance be entered for future dates for the page to be submitted when "No Blank Attendance" setting is enabled.

Student Daily Attendance Report: Version 1.10

Student Daily Attendance report is updated to not report the student attendance for students with special programs provided the code for the placement is SS- Separate School.

Economic Status Report Logic Change

Economic Status: Version 1.6

1. The student selection for the report is updated to include all students with valid Enrolment of at least one day in the school year and no longer restrict report output to students who have a value in the eligibility start date field.

2. For the eligibility start date column, extract the value from the field eligibility start date. If null, extract the start date from current enrollment.

3. For the eligibility end date column, extract the value from the field eligibility end date. If null, extract the end date from the current enrollment exit date.

4. The logic to extract data for the Eligibility column is changed. The report should first look at the “Economic Lunch Status” on the Maine State Reporting section of the lunch page, if the value is blank then the report must extract the Lunch status value in the top section of the lunch page. The current conversion from the core to state values remains the same.

UI Updates to Accommodate Economic Status Report Logic Changes

On the student lunch page, a section is added with the header title Maine State Reporting Section.

• Added the following fields to this section:

1. Label Name - Economic Lunch status (Information icon text - This is an override field. If the value is blank, then the regular lunch status is extracted)

2. Eligibility start Date

3. Eligibility End Date

• Removed the Economic status tab from the student state page.
