Database Field Name Changed for EnrollmentTypeCode and ResidentTownCode

The database fields EnrollmentTypeCode and ResidentTownCode in the tables S_ME_STU_X and S_ME_REN_X have been renamed to EnrollmentTypeCodeOld and ResidentTownCodeOld.
Also, the applicable pages are updated to refer to the new field name:

Student Selection --> Legacy Tab
Functions --> Re-Enroll In School
Functions --> Create New School Enrollment
