System Report Queue - Logic Updates

Logic has been added to the following System Report Queue page features:

The Upload function now notifies users of a failed connection due to invalid login credentials.
The Get Status function now provides the Synergy result file, which includes any data errors that need to be reconciled.

This update is applicable to all State Reporting reports.
