State Reporting 20.7.2.0 Release Notes

The student Economic Status tab is updated to no longer display the School Lunch Eligibility input option. It now displays at the bottom section of the Legacy Tab (Deprecated Fields section) with an updated label description of "School Lunch Eligibility (Not Collected)."

A new field is added to the student CTE state reporting tab to indicate if a student is participating in a CTE program offered in a Satellite Location. A selection of Yes or No will store a value of Y or N respectively in [S_ME_STU_CTE_C]SatelliteProg_YN. The default value is blank.

Behavior Report: Version 1.5

The Behavior Report is updated to meet the 2020–21 collection requirements. The following changes are made:
1. The column "Other Consequences" is removed.
2. A new Incident Type value of "DrugRleatedwMarijuana" will extract for the incidents related to behavior "Marijuana-related (22)^".
3. The report runtime page is updated with the new Behavior type and its description.

English Language Learner Report: Version 1.1

The English Language Learner Report is updated to include a new column, "USSchoolDate" to meet the 2020–21 collection requirements. The new field extracts the date entered for the student in the format YYYYMMDD (ex. 20110930).

Student Personal Report: Version 1.3

The Student Personal Report is updated to remove the columns and data collection for fields such as Refugee Flag and US School Date to meet the 2020–21 collection requirements.

Student Enrollment Report: Version 1.8

The Student Enrollment Report is updated with new logic for the Resident SAUID field. The value stored in ResidentSAUIDOverride now gets extracted if populated. If the field is blank, the report will extract the District SAUID value.
