State Reporting 20.3.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-226915	Student Attendance Report Updated to Include Students Outside School Year	Student Attendance Report: Version 1.3 The Student Attendance Report excluded students who had a Transfer Info page entry date that was prior to the first in-session day of the school year. The report is updated to include any student with an enrollment during the report dates entered on the report parameter page.
PSSR-228900	Home School and Charter School Option Descriptions for State Exit Code Field	The descriptions for state exit codes 01918 and 01919 are updated to correctly identify the student as transferring to Home School or Charter School. They were previously inverted in the December 2019 release. Student exits during this time with either code should be verified and modified as needed. Code 01924 (Withdrawn due to illness) is discontinued and is now inactive.
