State Reporting 20.2.2.0 Release Notes

CTE Report: Version 1.2
When sub-districts are enabled at the District Office, the CTE Report generates the sub-district number for the selected sub-district in the SAUID column. CTE data for the students at the selected schools within the sub-district is reported.

Student Enrollment Report: Version 1.6
When sub-districts are enabled, the Student Enrollment Report generates the sub-district number for the selected sub-district in the SAUID column. Student Enrollment Data is reported for the students at the selected schools within the sub-district.

The Incident Management code script is updated to include three new sub-codes for the behavior code, Harassment (Bias Based). Upon completion of the script, the following behavior sub-codes are displayed:

• Basis of Sex CRDC-BULHARS,
• Basis of Race, Color, or Origin CRDC_BULHARRA
• Basis of Disability CRDC_BULHARDI

Proficiency Education Report: Version 1.2
When sub-districts are enabled at the District Office, the Proficiency Education Report is able to generate the sub-district number for the selected sub-district in the SAUID column. Proficiency Education data for the students at the selected schools within the sub-district is reported.

Truancy Report: Version 1.3
When sub-districts are enabled at the District Office, the Truancy Report now generates the sub-district number for the selected sub-district in the SAUID column. Truancy data for the students at the selected schools within the sub-district is reported.
