If a student is enrolled in multiple homeroom classes, the teacher selected is from the latest class in which the student is enrolled. If CC.DateEnrolled is the same for multiple homeroom classes, then the report selects the date enrolled that has the most recent CC.DateLeft. If both dates are the same, the first created CC is chosen.
