To view incidents for a student, navigate to Start Page > Student Selection > Incidents.
To view all incidents for a school, do the following:

Navigate to Start Page > Special Functions > Incident Management.

Select the Incident Type checkbox.

Choose LA State Reporting from the pop-up menu.

Click Search. The Incident List page displays all incidents for this school associated with the LA State Reporting incident type.
