State Reporting 23.7.3.0 Release Notes

PSSR-324708	All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Cannot be Run Successfully For More Than 1000 Students	Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.7 The Attendance Profile now has a maximum limit of 200 students per report run.
PSSR-288826	All States/Provinces: CRDC School Submission File Update	If a school has no out-of-school suspensions to report, the following columns will be populated with a value of zero: SCH_OOSINSTANCES_WODIS SCH_OOSINSTANCES_IDEA SCH_OOSINSTANCES_504
PSSR-321787	All States/Provinces: Immunization Rules Engine Update	The immunization rules engine can now compare immunization dose dates and the number of doses a student has received to date fields in Core and extended tables (Student.EntryDate, for example) Note: Immunization rules must be updated to utilize this new functionality.
PSSR-324024	All States/Provinces: Null Pointer Exception Error When Saving Vaccine Dose Data	Student dose data is now saved now in the Nightly Batch process. This will prevent users from receiving the null pointer exception error when entering (and saving) vaccination dose data.
PSSR-323381	New fields in Staff Information Page	New fields for ‘Staff Work Experience in Years’ and 'Staff Entry Date to District' are available on the Staff Information page. This information is used when creating the EdLink Staff extract in a future release.
PSSR-324676	New Fields Under Language Tab for a Student	To align with LDOE requirements, several new fields are available in the student’s Language tab in a new section, English Language Learners Accommodation to document accommodations required for EL students: Bilingual Dictionary Compositions Cooperative Learning Extended Time Increased Hands-on Activities Modified Shortened-shortened Test Peer Assit-note Taking Photocopied Notes Spelling Deductions Audiotextbooks Word to Word Dictionary Shortened Reduced-reduced Assignments Repeated Directions Shortened Assignments Directions Native-native Language Native Language-reading Material Math Assessment-assessment Spanish Read Math Read Science Socialstudies Leap2025 Math-assess Spanish Each new field has the following drop-down values: Null/Blank C - This accommodation is needed in the Classroom ONLY B - This accommodation is needed in both the Classroom and for Statewide Assessments
PSSR-325696	State Information is Missing State Fields When on Core 23.6.0.0.231721012	State Information sections on several pages which were missing State Fields when PowerSchool SIS 23.6.0.0.231721012 had been applied now have these fields appearing again.
