State Reporting 23.11.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-315681	All States/Provinces: Health Report Update	Health Report: Version 1.6 Vision Screenings: Version 1.0 Health reports and Vision Screening reports dealing with the new vision and screening fields are displayed accordingly.
PSSR-326096	LA EdLink Courses Update	LA EdLink Courses: Version 2.8 The STARTING_SEMESTER value will be populated from the Starting Semester Number field. If this field is not populated, the field will be reported as empty in the Course_Offering_ext extract.
PSSR-333443	LA EdLink Extract Updates	LA EdLink Courses: Version 2.9 LA EdLink Staff: Version 3.1 The reports populate the District code from the District Number for districts that do not use subdistricts. For clients using subdistricts, the District code is populated with the first three digits of the subdistrict number.
PSSR-332346	LA EdLink Extract Updates	LA EdLink Students: Version 20.9 LA EdLink Discipline: Version 2.6 LA EdLink Enrollments: Version 4.0 These reports will have the District code populated from the District Number for districts that do not use subdistricts. For clients using subdistricts, the District code will be populated with the first 3 digits of the subdistrict number.
PSSR-333444	LA EdLink Transcript - Update	LA EdLink Transcripts: Version 1.9 The extract has been updated to have the SPONSOR_CD populated from the District Number. If sub-districts are enabled, the SPONSOR_CD will be populated taking the first three digits of the sub-district number.
PSSR-333438	Transfer Info Page - Fix	Some users have been seeing an inconsistency in the values shown and the values being extracted for the LEP Funding Source field on the Transfer Info page. It was identified that other fields in the Transfer Info page have the same issue and all the fields have been fixed so that the values shown in the fields are stored in the database, and the values extracted in the report are consistent.
