PSSR-330810	All States/Provinces: Discipline Incident Letter - Smart Pronoun Tag Update	Discipline Incident Letter Report Version 1.1 The Discipline Incident Letter report functionality has been updated and now honors all smart pronoun tags.
PSSR-331032	All States/Provinces: Discipline Incident Letter Does Not Complete When There Are Large Number of Incidents	Discipline Incident Letters Version: 1.1 The Discipline Incident Letter report runs successfully.
PSSR-324861	All States/Provinces: Grade Level Immunization Compliance Mapping	For districts using LTK (Language Tool Kit) functionality to rename grade levels, a new UI screen is now available which will allow these renamed grade levels to be mapped to a native grade level value for immunization compliance calculations. By mapping a renamed grade level to a native grade level, the immunization rules engine will consider that student as being the mapped grade level value when immunization compliance is determined.
PSSR-330498	All States/Provinces: System/Compliance Reports	SRP reports (reports with the icon to the left of the name), on the System Reports page, have been updated and can now be “favorited” in the Enhanced UI. The minimum Core version for this to work is PS_23.11.0.0
PSSR-324786	Student Truancy Calculation - UI - 23-24 BoY DOE Changes	The Truancy field has been renamed to Truancy Indicator (Calculated) and is now display-only on the following pages: Start Page, Student Selection, Louisiana State Information Start Page, Student Selection, Transfer Information, Edit Current Enrollment Start Page, Student Selection, Transfer Information, Edit Previous Enrollment Start Page, Student Selection, Functions, Create New School Enrollment The field will display the following values: F = Fall - Students who have 5 unexcused absences or 5 tardies in the Fall Semester only S = Spring - Students who have 5 unexcused absences or 5 tardies in the Spring Semester only A = All Year - Students who have had 5 unexcused absences or 5 tardies in both the Fall and Spring Semester N = Not Truant - Students who have not had 5 unexcused absences or 5 unexcused tardies Y = Yes (expiring after the 23/24 school year) Students who had their truancy field checked will be migrated to a value of Y.
PSSR-330577	New Truancy Calculation Report	Calculate Truancy: Version 1.0 A new, Truancy Calculation report has been introduced and it is available under the Louisiana State Reports section. The old Truancy report has been moved to the legacy section and has been renamed to Calculate Truancy (Legacy). The new report extracts a record per student and calculates the number of unexcused absences, unexcused tardy in fall and spring semesters separately, and calculates the Truancy value based on the absences and tardy counts. If the report is run at the district level, you can update the Truancy value of students in the database for whom the report is run by selecting the report parameter, Update the database Truancy Value. LA EdLink Enrollments: Version 3.9 The enrollments_ext report has been updated to fetch the Truancy values based on the new values for Truancy.
