Student incident Profile: Version 1.2

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now print the incident description up to 4000 characters.

All States/Provinces: System Log Error - "Field not added due to unsupported attribute" Update

The validation has been updated and this error will no longer propagate in the system log.

All States/Provinces: Enrollment Entry-Exit Code List Changes

To support the Entry/Exit Code changes in PowerSchool 22.5.0 and maintain backward compatibility with earlier versions of PowerSchool, updates have been made and now the end users will see the following:

• PowerSchool version 22.5.0 (or greater) - The Entry/Exit Codes will show as inactive after the defined effective end date.

• PowerSchool versions prior to 22.5.0 - Entry/Exit Codes will behave as they always have (cannot be inactivated).

LA EdLink K-3 Assessments: Version 2.5

A new column LITERACY_ASSESSMENT_DETERMINATION_CODE is now included in the LA EdLink K-3 Assessments extracts, as required by the 2022-2023 LDOE Technical Specifications.

K-3 Assessment Data

Modifications have been made to several fields on the K-3 Assessment tab,

The K Entry Assessment Exception Code fields now display the following active values:
01 - Student not assessed due to extenuating medical reasons
02 - Not first time Kindergartener
04 - Student assessed with TSGOLD
05 - Assessed with alternate or modified assessment

The Literacy Screener Exception Code now display the following active values:

01-Student not assessed due to extenuating medical reasons 05-Assessed with alternate or modified assessment

The Alternate Assessment Reason Code now displays the following active values:

01 = Hearing Impairment

02 = Visual Impairment

03 = Fluency Based Speech Disorders

04 = English Learners

05 = Significant Cognitive Disabilities

A new field, Literacy Assessment Determination Code is available and is enabled if a student’s Literacy Screener Exception Code is 05.

01 = Alternative Assessment

02 = Alternative procedures of administration for standard K-3 literacy screener
