PSSR-269849	All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-270776, PSSR-260290 Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0 Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes: Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record. Added second email address. Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert. Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table. Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields. Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.
PSSR-258130	All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data	Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4 The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).
PSSR-270782	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.2 The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.
PSSR-250330	Add New Grade EA for Use by Students in 2021–2022 Edlink Files	Schools having students participating in the Extension Academy program should include grade 13 as part of their school grade range. Any students assigned to Grade 13 will then be reported in the enrollment extract as Grade EA.
PSSR-269996	EdLink Course Offering Needs Two Digit Course_period	The EdLink Course offering extract will now report course period as a two digit number, and will pad values less than 9 with a leading zero.
PSSR-268165	Inactivate Pre-K Funding Code 03 for the 2021–2022 School Year	The Pre-K Funding Source displays code '03 - Starting Points' as an inactive/disabled value at the bottom of the list on these pages: General tab on LA State/Province page Enroll New Student Edit Enrollment pages
PSSR-267380	LA EdLink Discipline Report Update	LA EdLink Discipline: Version 1.8 In the discipline extracts, the student’s calendar_code field is now populated from the Student or ReEnrolment record that corresponds to the date of the incident.
PSSR-270109	LA K-3 Assessment, Students EdLinks Extract Update	LA EdLink K-3 Assessments: Version 2.0 LA EdLink Students: Version 2.1 For the EdLink K-3 Assessments Report the following fields will report a null value if no data is available for the field: LITERACY_SCREENER_EXCEPTION_CODE ALTERNATE_ASSESSMENT_REASON_CODE For EdLink Students Report the STUDENT_LAST_NAME_SUFFIX field will report a null value if no data is available for the field.
PSSR-266988	LA EdLink Students Report – US and Non US Birth Country Reporting Updates	LA EdLink Students: Version 2.1 Students with the birth country as 'US', Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, or the Northern Mariana Islands are reported in the students.txt file with a STUDENT_COUNTRY_OF_BIRTH of 'US'. All other students are reported in the students.txt file with a STUDENT_COUNTRY_OF_BIRTH of 'ZZ'.
PSSR-268595	LA EdLink Transcripts Report Update	LA EdLink Transcripts: Version 1.6 The sts_transcripts and sts_demographics EdLink extracts no longer report any fields with the values of “--” or “-99” when a field has no data to report.
PSSR-262280	LA Edlink Students Extract- New Students’ Virtual Indicator Field	Report Name: LA EdLink Students Report Version: 2.1 Added a new field student_virtual_indicator in Students_ext extract. It displays as either 01 (Completely virtual), 02 (Completely in-person), or 03 (Hybrid). It is reported as 02 if no data is available in the data collection field.
PSSR-266849	LA - EdLink Enrollments Report Local_School_Key Update	Below reports have been updated to work as expected for both schools with and without holding school concept: LA EdLink Enrollments: Version 2.3 LA EdLink Courses: Version 1.8 LA EdLink Homeless Services: Version 1.6 LA EdLink Students: Version 2.1 Preference can be setup under District info as part of Use Enrollment Schoolid for Edlink reporting checkbox. Note: Keep the Use Enrollment Schoolid for Edlink reporting checkbox selected if your school uses the holding school concept for transferring students.
PSSR-269896	LA EdLink Transcript STS and Edlink Mismatch	The sponsor and site code of the LA EdLink Transcript was reporting right values on STS and incorrect values on the Edlink file. It has been resolved to report the correct values.
PSSR-266977	New Data Collection for Students' Virtual Indicator Status	A new section is added to the bottom of the “General” tab on the students' State/Province - LA page. This is used to create and manage records pertaining to the student’s virtual learning status (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) and the date on which each status change first took effect. Any number of records can be created; these are stored in the new child table S_LA_STU_VirtualIndicator_C. The page displays only those records linked to the currently selected school year.
PSSR-266989	Require Ability to Generate Partial Student and Enrolment EdLink Extracts That Include Only a Subset of a District’s Information	A new parameter 'Identify as a Partial File' has been added to the LA Student EdLink and LA Enrollment Edlink reports. This prompt allows the district to create and submit an EdLink file containing only a subset of the students without overwriting the complete file or another partial file. The partial file has '_partial’ plus a number added to the file name to ensure each file is unique.
