All States/Provinces: Office Visit Clinic Log Update for Multi-Select Fields in PowerSchool 21.4

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1
As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field.
The report works as expected for districts that upgrade to PowerSchool version 21.4 as well as previously supported versions of PowerSchool.

CRDC common data collection implementation for 2020-2021

The Common Data Entry updates for the 2020-2021 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) are now available.

• The Schools/School Info CRDC page is updated to include:

    • Data entry for aggregate sexual assault or rape offenses involving staff members. This is optional for the 2020-2021 collection.

    • Data entry for aggregate staff and security staff FTE counts.

• The Courses and Sections CRDC pages are updated to no longer allow the selection of the AP category “OT – Other”.

• Data elements that are no longer collected for the 2020-21 submission are moved to deprecated field sections at the bottom of the respective CRDC pages.

EdLink K-3 Extract Has Duplicate Student Entries

LA K-3 Assessment Extract: Version 1.5

For a student who switches between grades K & 1, 1 & 2, or 2 & 3 during the school year, only one record is now created in the K-3 extract file. The information from the latest school is reported.

Populating Enrollment Percent field on Enrollments EdLink Extract

LA EdLink Enrollments: Version 1.5
The Enrollment EdLink file now considers the new "Enrollment Percent Override" field when populating the 'ENROLLMENT_PERCENT' field in the extract file. If no value is specified for the override field, the student is reported as a full-time student.

LA – Staff Edlink Extract – Updates to the Date Format

LA EdLink Staff: Version 1.5
In the staff_course_offering_link extract file and contract_staff_course_offering_link extract file, the logic for staff_class_start_date and staff_class_end_date fields are updated to extract the dates in the MM/DD/YYYY format.

UI Updates for Enrollment Percent Field

A new "Enrollment Percent Override" field is added to the following LA State pages:
1. Current Enrollment
2. Previous Enrollment
3. Re-Enroll Student
4. Create New School Enrollment
5. Enroll New Student page

This field is used to identify a student as less than full-time. The field accepts a numeric value between 0.01 and 0.99. It is not a mandatory field.

Updates to the 'Met Assessment for Requirements Diploma' Drop-down Options

Following three codes are added to the 'Met Assessment for Requirements Diploma' field:

• 1 = Graduate on TOPS University or Jump Start diploma pathway who uses one of the two available ACT options

• 2 = Graduate on Jump Start diploma pathway who uses WorkKeys Silver or higher certificate

• 3 = Graduate on either TOPS University or Jump Start diploma pathway who participates in 20+ hours of extended learning

• 921 = 2021 graduate IBC substitution (WorkKeys Silver or higher)
