EdLink Calendars Testing Window Update

LA EdLink Calendars: Version 2.0

The following has been updated as per the new requirements from the state:

The Calendars extract will have two records for each testing window date, one with the DATE_TYPE = "TERM" and DATE_TYPE_VALUE of A01 (through A05, as specified on the code sets for testing windows) and another record with the DATE_TYPE = "DAY" and DATE_TYPE_VALUE as NULL.
The Calendars_ext extract has been updated to report the testing window date information. Each testing window record will have the DATE_TYPE = "DAY"

LA – EdLink Staff Course Offering Extracts Incorrectly Reporting Staff_class_status as Inactive

LA-Edlink Staff Extract: Version 2.1

Description: The staff class status value is calculated as Inactive for completed or future classes. Only classes currently underway are reported as Active classes.

Resolution: Staff class status values are now calculated as Inactive only if the staff left the class before the class end date and the staff’s departure from the class has occurred for a date in the past.
