PSSR-238517 | New Staff Data Element Classification Level to be Added to Staff Setup | Schools can now identify the Classification Level for staff members through a new field on the Staff information page. This field provides the following list of values for the user to choose from:
This field is used by the new eScholar Staff ID extract, which districts can use to get a unique ID assigned for each staff member. Only staff with the classification level populated will be extracted for the Staff ID assignment. |
PSSR-238518 | New eScholar StaffID Extract Report | A new eScholar StaffID Extract (report version 1.0) has been created under Louisana State Reports. Districts can use this extract to submit a file of all qualify staff members to eScholar to get a unique staff ID assigned. Instructions for uploading the eScholar result file can be found in the online help for this extract. |

PSSR-239112 | New Dropdown Values Added/Modified for Louisiana State Information tabs | As outlined in the LDOE technical specifications for the 2020-2021 school year, new values are available for the Biliteracy Endorsement and Homeless Reason fields. The Biliteracy Endorsement field now has a value of OE - approved equivalent summative test. The Homeless Reason field now has four additional values:

PSSR-239685 | New Codeset added for Calendar Date Type | Under District Info/Codesets, LA districts will find a new codeset option allowing for the maintenance of the valid values for Calendar Date Type. The codeset has been prepopulated with the acceptable values for EdLink reporting. |
PSSR-239687 | District Calendar Events UI Changes | A new field Calendar Date Type appears on LA Sponsor Site Calendar Event page. This field is used to identify the Date Type from a defined list of values. Districts can maintain this list of values in the District Info/Code Sets page. Currently, the code set has been populated based on EdLinks list of accepted values. |
