State Reporting 20.12.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-244300	Contact Tracing Report Update - Incident Management Data Grouping	Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.3 The Contract Tracing report is updated and can now pull data from Incident Management. When this data grouping is selected, the following points are extracted: Name Student/Staff Indicator Student Number Grade Level School Abr Incident Date Incident ID Incident Title Incident School Abr Contact Name Phone Number The parameter is brought in a single row which says "Include" and the user can check the option "Class", "Busing", and "Incident" The description of the report is updated.
PSSR-247085	New Extract Option Added for LA EdLink Staff Report	LA EdLink Staff: Version: 1.1 Two new extract options, contract_course_offering_link and contract_course_offering_ext are available in the LA EdLink Staff Report. These extracts report the courses taught by contract staff (identified as classification level 03 or 04) during the school year.
PSSR-245037	New Extract Option Added for LA EdLink Staff Report	LA EdLink Staff: Version: 1.1 A third new extract option, mentor_teacher_link, is available in the LA EdLink Staff Report. This extract reports mentor and resident teachers who are working together during the selected school year.
PSSR-243873	Student Birthday List Report Update	The list of students is now returned if the user enters a start and end date that spans multiple years.
PSSR-225830	STS - Student Transcript System extract not pulling data for previous year	STS - Student Transcript System v.1.15 Student Transcript System Report extract has been adjusted to ensure transcript data for previous years is included in the report when it is run after EOY has been performed.
