Changes for Students_ext file:

• GRADE_9_ENTRY_YEAR appears in the output file

• PARENT_INDICATOR now defaults to N in the output file (was defaulting to "--" if there was no value)

Changes for Enrollments file:

• WITHDRAW_DATE is reported only if the student has a WITHDRAW_REASON_CODE

• ENROLLMENT_PERCENT is populated for all students with a value of "1"

EdLink Staff Extract

LA EdLink Staff Report: Version 1.0

The new LA EdLink Staff report will allow the user to generate two EdLink extract files:

1. staff_course_offering_link

2. staff_course_offering_link_ext

These extract files contain teacher schedule information for the selected school year, for any staff identified with a classification levels 01, 02, 05, or 06. Contract staff are not included in these extracts.

EdLink Attendance Extract

LA EdLink Enrollments Report: Version 1.1

A new Extract output option of “Attendance” has been added to the “LA EdLink Enrollments” report. This extract will include full and half-day student attendance data that is to be reported to EdLink.

In order for the attendance calculation to be performed correctly, the district must have set up the following attendance categories and mapped the appropriate attendance codes to these categories. While the District can modify the category description, they must enter the codes exactly as listed below:
