| PSSR-228316 | EdLink Attendance Extract | LA EdLink Enrollments Report: Version 1.1 A new Extract output option of “Attendance” has been added to the “LA EdLink Enrollments” report. This extract will include full and half-day student attendance data that is to be reported to EdLink. In order for the attendance calculation to be performed correctly, the district must have set up the following attendance categories and mapped the appropriate attendance codes to these categories. While the District can modify the category description, they must enter the codes exactly as listed below:
The two Tardy categories are needed only when the district is using the Calculate Truancy report to update the 'Truant' indicator for students. |
