Calendar Term Type Codes
The Calendar Term (Date) Types to be used for the reporting of semester and term information to EdLink state reporting.
Districts must maintain these values in the Calendar Term Type Code Set found at the District Setup level.
While the user may specify any value for the Code of the code set, the values below must be entered for the Reported Value field to ensure accurate state reporting.

| 2022-2023 | Full Year for 2022-2023 |
| 2023-2024 | Full Year for 2023-2024 (similar entry required for all future school years) |

S02 | 2nd Semester |
S03 | 3rd Semester |
S04 | 4th Semester |
T61 | 1st six weeks |
T62 | 2nd six weeks |
T63 | 3rd six weeks |
T64 | 4th six weeks |
T65 | 5th six weeks |
T66 | 6th six weeks |
T81 | 1st 4.5 weeks |
T82 | 2nd 4.5 weeks |
T83 | 3rd 4.5 weeks |
T84 | 4th 4.5 weeks |
