State Reporting 21.7.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.0
Attendance Change History Report is a new System report that lists the students with attendance changes during the selected period.

Implemented Security updates on the Edit School page.

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

Health Report: Version 1.3

The Health report is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

The following updates are made to the Learning Preference Code definition page:

• The Alternative Report Code and Set as Default fields are now editable
• The Edit & New Digital Equity & Learning Preference record page is now updated to honor the Learning Preference Set as Default setting.

Implemented Security updates on the All Students page in the Teacher Portal.

The improper use of tlist_sql/table_info tags, related to Prefs, has been fixed on the following page:

Yearly Medication Administration Record: Version1.3

The Yearly Medication Administration Record is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.1

The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated, and it runs (and completes) as expected for medications with “Received” inventory.

KIDS Collection KCAN Report: Version 2.4
KIDS Collection TASC Report: Version 2.6
The header version is updated to 17.0 in KCAN and TASC Reports for SY 2021-2022.

KIDS Collection KCAN Report: Version 2.4

• A new input parameter is added on the report setup page, ‘Select Reporting Year’. Based upon the selection of Reporting Year, the report will run with the template defined for the specific year.
• 2019-2020 KCAN Report template is removed from the State Reporting Page.

• D78.History/Gov Recognize and Evaluate Score is renamed to D77. History/Gov Claim/Thesis Score.

• The report version in the header is updated to 17.0
• The field “QUALIFIED_ADMISSIONS (D30)” is removed
• All fields D31-D93 are renumbered by one number backward
• The field “STUDENT_TRANS_ADDRESS (D50)” is renamed “STUDENT_STREET_ADDRESS (D49)”
• The field “STUDENT_TRANS_CITY (D51)” is renamed “STUDENT_CITY (D50)”
• The field “STUDENT_TRANS_ZIP (D52)” is renamed “STUDENT_ZIP_CODE (D51)”
• The field “HIST_ASSESS_TASK_1 (D78)” is renamed “HIST_CLAIM_THESIS_SCORE (D77)”
• The field “HIST_ASSESS_TASK_2 (D79)” is renamed “HIST_EVIDENCE_SCORE (D78)”

• Two new values are added to the field D33. Eligibility for National School Lunch Program and/or At-Risk Funding
• Field D50. The student’s Transportation Street Address is renamed D49. Student’s Street Address
• Field D51. The student’s Transportation City is renamed D50. Student’s City
• Field D52. The student’s Transportation Zip Code is renamed D51. Student’s Zip Code

KIDS Collection KCAN Report: Version 2.4
The KCAN report previously was extracting students from another school which was not selected.

This is rectified and the report is updated to extract students only from the selected school.

KIDS Collection KCAN Report: Version 2.4

Previously, the ‘Local Course ID’ field in the report was pulling values of the Course Number, even when a value is present in ‘Local Course ID'. This is now rectified and the report is updated to pull value from the 'Local Course ID’ field, if present, else from the Course Number.

Note: No changes are made to any other existing logic for the field “Local Course ID”

Security updates are deployed to prevent attacks on all the affected pages.

The field 'F28. College Credits Earned' is renamed to 'F26. College Credits Earned' as per the PowerSchool State Guide.
