State Reporting 22.1.2.0 Release Notes

CRDC Report (2020 - 2021): Version 1.1

The Common template (shared by all states) of the CRDC Report (2020-2021) is updated to have the correct column headers for the new Staff Offenses columns as per the information provided in the 'CRDC School 3.csv' file.
Note: The base version of the CRDC 2020-2021 report is updated to 1.1 with this release. State-specific updates to the base version are denoted with a second dot version number (e.g., CRDC Report (2020-2021): Version 1.1.1).

CRDC Report (2020 - 2021): Version 1.1

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report Common Template is updated to return student information for remote school enrollments in Computer Science classes. Initially it was only returning information for home school enrollments.

The Digital Equity & Learning Preference data entry page in the public portal has been updated and now records will not save if the Date field is blank.

The Digital Equity & Learning Preference new record page, in the public portal, has been updated and now the Device Type field can be populated by parents and guardians if the district has opted to expose this page.

Health Report: Version 1.4

The Health Report has been updated and the Hearing Screening Outcome column is now returning the display values (Pass/Fail) rather than the State Name value.

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.2

The Office Visit Clinic Log report has been updated and will no longer display previous school’s office visit records.

IL Student Attendance Report V2 version 2.7 now reports the correct count for Present (PR) for both Meeting - Period to Day and Meeting - Time to Day Attendance Conversions when the report is run with Attendance Mode set to default.

The Student’s ‘Birth to 3’ tab is updated to collect the new information required for reporting Birth to 3 Indicators.

IL Birth to 3 Programs fields is now available to collect the Birth to 3 program details.

IL College and Career Report: Version 1.3
The IL College and Career Report is now fixed to not add extra columns if there are multiple school enrollments. Additionally, the report is as per the most recent school enrollment during the selected Report State Date and Report End Date range.

The CRDC report will now pull Illinois-specific data for Students with Disabilities (Section 504 Only) under the following questions,

• ENRL-3b
• APIB-2
• APIB-6

Additionally, the following questions are now pulled on CRDC report,

• STAF-1
• STAF-2
• STAF-3
• SECR-1

The CRDC report School PDF will now report the Gifted and Talented Program Indicator and Student enrollment count under questions PENR-1 and PENR-2 respectively.

Note: A student will be counted as Gifted and Talented for the CRDC report if the Gifted Test value for that student is set to '01 - Student tested as gifted'.
If the Student’s Gifted Test field is blank, then the School level field would be considered, and if the School level field is blank then the district level field would be considered.

IL ELL Screener Report Version 1.1 does not report transferred out students.
