Incident Management

Incident Management will support ISBE reporting, starting with the 2020-2021 school year. Districts are not required to adopt Incident Management at this time, as Log Entries will continue to be supported in parallel to Incident Management.

Incident Management assists in accurately tracking, managing, and reporting school safety and disciplinary incident data.

PowerSchool Incident Management captures the following data:

• Time and location of the incident
• All persons involved in an incident
• All behaviors that occur within an incident
• Actions taken in response to the incident
