Exit Codes (Enrollment Exit/Withdrawal Type)
The following exit codes (Exit/Withdrawal Type) are recommendations to be defined for the district.
Note: If IL users decide to maintain their existing exit codes, the state-specific student field, [Students]IL_Enrollment_Exit_Type_Code ([S_IL_STU_X]Enrollment_Exit_Type_Code), must be entered for correct results in the Exiting Students report.

03 | Transfer to Home Schooled |
04 | Transfer to Private School |
05 | Promotion |
06 | Graduated with regular, advanced, International Baccalaureate, or other type of diploma |
07 | Death |
08 | Expulsion |
09 | Dropped Out |
10 | Transferred to GED program |
11 | Moved, not known to be continuing |
12 | Retained in the same grade or demoted to lower grade |
13 | Medical Non-Compliance |
14 | Aged Out |
15 | Certificate of Completion |
16 | Victim of a Violent Crime |
17 | Change in Serving School or Full Time Equivalent (FTE) |
18 | Moved Out of the United States |
19 | Transfer to another public school district out of IL |
20 | Transfer to another public school district in IL |
99 | Erroneous enrollment |
