Troubleshooting Tips

  1. The values assigned in steps 7- 13 (above) are required to ensure accurate results in the District Calendar and Student Daily Attendance extracts.
  2. Schools without a value for Default District Calendar are excluded from the Student Daily Attendance extract.
  3. School Calendars are only included in the District Calendar Extract for schools where the value for Default District Calendar is set to: [school number] - Default School Calendar.
  4. District Calendars without a value for "Default School Calendar to use for ISEE extracts" are excluded from the District Calendar Extract.

If any school or student is assigned a District Calendar that does not have a Default School Calendar selected, attendance is not reported accurately in the Student Daily Attendance extract for that school or student.
