Person Addresses Report Updates

ID Person Addresses: Version 1.1

The Person Addresses report is updated with the following logic:

• Include a record for both Physical and Mailing address types if a student has an address entered for each type

• Include a record only for Physical if a student has entered identical addresses for both Home and Mailing types

• Include a record only for Physical if a student has only entered a Home address

• Include a record only for Mailing if a student has only entered a Mailing address

• Update the reported format for zip code to remove the “-” if a record is entered with the additional 4 digits
