Edit School Page - CRDC FTE Field Validation Update

Validation for the fields noted below (on the Edit CRDC School Information page) has been updated and now the fields accept values out to the hundredths place.
1. Number of FTE teachers
2. Number of FTE of teachers meeting all state licensing/certification requirements
3. Number of FTE of teachers not meeting all state licensing/certification requirements
4. Number of FTE school counselors
5. Number of FTE nurses
6. Number of FTE psychologists
7. Number of FTE social workers
8. Number of FTE sworn law enforcement officers (including school resource officers)
9. Number of FTE security guards
