Pages:
Legal First, Middle, Last name and Suffix fields are now available for use on the following pages:

• Start Page > [select student ]> Demographics
• Start Page > [select student] > State / Province ID> Student Information
  Legal Gender is available for use on the following page:
• Start Page > [select student] > Demographics

The above fields can be used for students who need to have a different legal name or gender reported to the state. These fields do not need to be populated for every student; only when the student has a different, legal name or gender. For example, if a student has a preferred first name and a legal first name, the preferred name should be entered into the First Name field (First_Name) and the legal first name should be entered in the Legal First Name field. The legal last name field does not need to be populated if the legal last name already exists in the Last Name (Last_Name) field.

Reports

• The Student Demographics report extracts the Legal First, Middle, Last Name and Suffix field values if they exist.
• The Gifted, Special Education, Student Attendance and Student Course Enrollment reports are updated with Legal First Name and Legal Last Name columns when those reports are run in Audit mode.

The following user-interface updates and enhancements have been made:

• State Course Code Override:
  Start Page > School Setup > Sections > [select course] > [select section] > State Course Code Override
  The page is updated and no longer displays a value of "Invalid".
• Exclude from FTE Calculation:
  Start Page > School Setup > Sections > [select course] > [select section] > Exclude from FTE Calculation
  The section-level field now displays the same setting as the course.
• Minutes per week:
  Start Page > School Setup > Sections > [select course] > [select section] > Minutes per week
  The section-level field now displays the same value as the course and school.
• Household Survey:
  Start Page> [select student] > Transfer Info > Edit Current Enrollment
  The Household Survey field is added to the Edit Current Enrollment page.
• Edit Current/Previous Enrollment pages not displaying correctly with View-Only access:
  Start page> [select student] > Transfer Info > Edit Current/Previous Enrollment
  The page is updated and all fields (including the deprecated fields) now display correctly for users with View-Only access.
