Enhance Log Entry Verification Report to Include Reporter and Incident Time Data Elements

Discipline Log Entries Verification Report: Version 24.2.2

The Discipline Log Entries Verification Report is updated with the following changes:

• Incident Time (source - S_IA_LOG_X.Incident_Time) is added after the incident date column in the report output. This column displays the value of the Incident Time field on the Log Entries page.

• Reporter is added after school column. This column displays the name of either the Staff or the Student reporter based on the Reporter Type selected on the Log Entries page.

Student Names Field Updates

The Student Names fields have been updated to clearly indicate that the Last and First Name fields are required. This change aims to avoid confusion for IA Admins and their staff.
