Iowa Error Checks Update

Student Iowa Error Check Report: Version 23.8.1

A new state reporting error check is now available under the Programs category in the UI and in the printed report: Graduate Missing IEP Staffed Out Date. This error is generated under the following set of conditions:

Exit Code = 8 (Graduated from High School)
D0292 - IEP Placement Date is not blank
D0294 - IEP Staffed Out Date is blank

Log Entries Page Update for Removals

On-screen text has been added for the E0050 - Date of Removal element to clarify the Iowa DOE requirement for this field: “Enter the last day the student attended. For expulsions, this is the last In-Session date prior to the Transfer Info Exit Date.”
