On-screen text for the D0203 Attending District element is updated on the enrollment and State ID Request pages to reflect the recent introduction of the new school-level District Number Override field per these examples:

If District Number Override in Schools/School Info is populated as 1234: (If not set, 1234 will be reported)
If District Number Override in Schools/School Info is not populated and District Number = 6789: (If not set, 6789 will be used by IA DOE)
