New IEP Access Field Added to Student Contact Record

A new field, IEP Access, is now available in the Student Contacts record for districts running core PowerSchool SIS version 22.7 or later. This field is intended for future use by the ACHIEVE special education system. At this time, the Iowa Department of Education has not yet finalized the implementation of this field, and districts are not required to take any action.

The new IEP Access element appears within the Contact Detail record.
When viewing the list of Student Contacts, click the pencil icon for the contact. IEP Access appears directly after the Receives Mail flag with the following options:
- 0: No access
- 1: Decision making
- 2: Review only
- 3: Restricted

PSSR-298996

SIF Profile: School Years Added

The SIF Profile for Iowa is updated to add selections for the 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years. There is no additional configuration required by the district.
