PSSR-289636Updates to Iowa Term Store Code Mapping Page

The Iowa Term Store Code Mapping page is updated to support the correct transmission of records via SIF. A new validation is implemented so that each unique Term can now have only a single store code mapped as a final grade. All Iowa districts should verify existing store code mapping for each school to ensure that multiple store codes are not mapped to the same term.
