A new Student Iowa Error Check Report is now available on the State Reports page. This report enables the user to print the same student validations that appear on the Iowa Error Check tabs in the UI. - Parameters
- Standard selection of schools and students
- Error Check Categories: Select the desired category
- Student Demographics
- Student Enrollment
- Log Entries
- Programs
- Miscellaneous
- Courses and Sections
- Report Sorting: radio button options
- By Student, then Error List (default)
- By Error List, then Student
- Output Type
- Report Output
- CSV
- 3 columns: Error Category, Error, Error Details
- The Error Details column contains the error name and the student details such as "Missing Date of Birth - Ali, Katherine Frances (17026, Grade 11, IHS)
- PDF (grouped by School)
