Add New Field for Prior 10 Days

A new field called Prior 10 Days has been added. This field stores the calculated value for the prior 10 days and allows for manual overrides by districts. It is located in the Compliance > FTE page in the UI at the bottom in its own section. The field has values of blank, Y, or N. The FTE Refresh report now includes the calculation for Prior 10 Days using the same logic as the FTE report. In the FTE report, the logic for Prior 10 Days first checks the override field and then uses the new calculated field if the override field is blank. This change is also reflected in the StudentSchoolAssociation resource under ext/gadoe/priorTenDays as a boolean true/false field. The UI displays the new field, and the FTE report has been updated accordingly.

Steam/Stem Participant field update on C01 Student level Report

The Steam/Stem Participant field has been updated on the C01 Student Level Report. The report will display "Y" for all students when the school level is set to 'Yes'. When the school level is 'N' or 'P', the Participant value will be taken from the Student level.
