The System CRDC 2021-2022 report (on the System Report tab) has been updated to calculate a combination of data when multiple schools have identical SCH IDs and one of the schools is marked as Primary.

The classPeriods and Section resources have been optimized. Now, schoolid-PeriodNumber is exclusively published for classPeriodName, ensuring precision. For sections, PeriodNumber is streamlined to reflect the lowest value.

In this release, Summer Title III now accurately reflects the selection status within the current year. Successful publication of fteSegments array and iepInclusionTypeDescriptor as “N” enhances data integrity. Introducing a new extension named asvabScore provides additional functionality for comprehensive student information. Upgrade now for a seamless and enriched experience.

Ed-Fi: No Show Students Not Publishing Exit Date

The system update addresses a glitch in exit date publishing for no show students. Formerly, an error prevented accurate publication when entry and exit dates were outside the calendar, resulting in incorrect data. The system now reliably publishes exit dates for no show students, resolving this issue and enhancing data accuracy.

Ed-Fi: Update AltSysCode for Sections

Resolved the issue with AltSysCode not publishing for sections by updating the FROM clause and refining staff selection. AltSysCode code has been updated. Suggested reproduction: Use course number 480A76400 in the database with PSO Institution Code 9940 to ensure correct AltSysCode publication for the section.

Ed-Fi: Update Extensions on StudentSectionAssocation

The Student Section Association resource has been updated. When publishing a Student Section Association, selecting an include code on the section enrollment, section, or course will now display the corresponding value in the extensions.

The drop-down menu to choose the codeset on the Codeset Mapping and Codeset Mapping pages is now listed alphabetically, resolving the confusion for users.
