Incident Profile Report: Version 1.4

The following updates have been made to the Incident Profile report:

• The report will now return incidents with the correct action (or actions) when it is run for specific action(s).

• The report will now return the expected incidents when it is run for actions that happened during a specific date range.

• The report will now return incidents with the correct behavior (or behaviors) when it is run for specific behavior(s).

Updates in the Participant Reports for Physical Science

When the Test ID is EOG in the Participants Report, the Course Number is included when the Course_number like ‘40%1100%’ for Grade 8 students.

Updates on the C01 Student Level Record

A new option has been added to the C01 Student Level Report to include Dexter Mosely Students. When this option is set to No, then any student that is marked as Dexter Mosely = Yes will not be included in the report. If the value is set to Yes, then any student that is marked as Dexter Mosely = Yes will be included in the report.

Updates on the Student Class Report - Dexter Mosley

A new option has been added to the Student Class Report to include Dexter Mosely Students. When this option is set to No, then any student that is marked as Dexter Mosely = Yes will not be included in the report. If the value is set to Yes, then any student that is marked as Dexter Mosely = Yes will be included in the report.

PANDA Class ID Field Update

The PANDA Class ID field on the Reenrollments table is updated to 6 characters and matches the field size on the Students table. So, the issue that was preventing the system from reenrolling students and the potential problem of promoting students through the End-of-Year (EOY) process has been resolved.
