State Reporting 21.7.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.0
Attendance Change History Report is a new System report that lists the students with attendance changes during the selected period.

Implemented Security updates on the Edit School page.

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

Health Report: Version 1.3

The Health report is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

The following updates are made to the Learning Preference Code definition page:

• The Alternative Report Code and Set as Default fields are now editable
• The Edit & New Digital Equity & Learning Preference record page is now updated to honor the Learning Preference Set as Default setting.

Implemented Security updates on the All Students page in the Teacher Portal.

The improper use of tlist_sql/table_info tags, related to Prefs, has been fixed on the following page:

Yearly Medication Administration Record: Version1.3

The Yearly Medication Administration Record is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.1

The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated, and it runs (and completes) as expected for medications with “Received” inventory.

Added a new Field Enriched Content/Service to the Section Enrollment records for a student on the All Enrollments page.

Added a new field Enriched Content/Service to the Sections.

Added the School Name to the following school pages:

B01 - Title I, Free/Reduced Status, Unsafe Schools

'(5) Established Using An Alternative Method This Year' added to Gifted Programs page ( State/Province - GA)

New fields Compensatory Services Eligible & Compensatory Services Completed are added to the Student Special Education Page to store Compensatory Data. The fields are displayed under the Alternate Math Sequence field.
The following validations are added for new fields.

• When Special Education Program Primary Area is selected, then Compensatory Services Eligible must be chosen.
• When Compensatory Services Eligible value is A, B, or C, then Compensatory Services Completed must be chosen.

Student selection Section 504 tab has been updated with new field 504 Plan. The field is a Multi-select checkbox where the user can select multiple values by pressing the CTRL button. The field will be shown above the Associate School field. A validation is also added to the new field when blank and the existing 504 Program Enrollment field is checked.

A new field FTE Student Status has been created in all Enrollment pages (Current Enrollment, Previous Enrollment, Reenroll Student, New Enrollment, New Student). Existing field Student's Status has been relabeled to Student Record Status. The new field will have a drop-down value the same as Student Record Status.
The Existing Student Record Status field have for all will be copied to the new field when this update is installed.

P01 - Student Class 2020-2021: Version 1.5

W - Workforce Ready added in the dropdowns on the Course Edit Page, Section Edit Page, CC Edit, and the bel > Course Enrollment Data page (State/Province - GA).

The report P01 - Student Class 2020-2021 pulls the new field value.

The new report FTE October/March (2021-22) has been created under FTE Reports.
Report FTE October/March (2020-21) has been moved under the Legacy category.
Columns 73, 100, and 200 are checking the new field FTE Student Status.
