| 900 | Student transferred in or out of the district |
| 901 | Student transferred to or from another school in district |
| 902 | Student's schedule changed/Outside test window |
| 903 | Student is hospital/homebound or IEP home placement |
| 904 | Student has an alternate SLO |
| 905 | The student is repeating the course |
| 906 | The measure is not given in this marking period/multiple parts of course |
| 907 | This section of the course does not have a SLO measure |
| 908 | Testing Irregularity |
