All States/Provinces: System Reports Missing - Update

The reposchema is updated with a precondition to ensure the script runs (at the correct time); This will ensure all reports load as expected on the System Reports tab.

Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) Report Update

The Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) report will now reference field tracking for the following questions:

• APIB-2.   Is this a student enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program?

• EXAM-1.   SAT and ACT Participation

  • Did this student take the SAT?  

  • Did this student take the ACT?

• DISC-10. Transfer to Alternative School

  • Was this student transferred to an alternative school?

• HIBS-1a. Allegations of Harassment or Bullying - Sex, Race, Color, National Origin, and Disability

  • Was this student harassed or bullied on the basis of sex?

  • Was this student harassed or bullied on the basis of race, color, or national origin?

  • Was this student harassed or bullied on the basis of disability?

• HIBS-1b. Allegations of Harassment or Bullying - Sexual Orientation and Religion

  • Was this student harassed or bullied on the basis of sexual orientation?

    • Was this student harassed or bullied on the basis of religion?

Connecticut Physical Fitness Assessment (CPFA) Data Collection Updates

The physical fitness assessment no longer appears multiple times on the test screen.

Students enrolled in schools marked excluded from State reporting will no longer be included in the Student Contacts reports.
