State Reporting 20.5.2.0 Release Notes

SASID Register/Unregister/Change Report: Version 4.4

The following changes have been made to the SASID Register/Unregister/Change report:

Register Version

• If the Date Registered field is blank, the student Entry Date must be populated.
• The Facility/Grade Entry Date now always matches the Reporting District Entry Date.
• When you run the report after selecting the Summer Roll-up checkbox, and the Reporting District Entry Date is before July 1 of the current year, then 07/01 for the current year is displayed on the report.

Change Version

• If the Reporting District Entry Date is blank, then the Facility/Grade Entry Date is populated from the student's entry date.

Unregister Version

• If the Summer Roll-up checkbox is selected, the Date Left is reported if populated. If the Date Left field is not populated, the student's exit date is reported for both the Reporting District Exit Date and the Facility/Grade Exit Date.
• If the Summer Roll-up checkbox is not selected, the Date Left is reported if populated. If the Date Left field is not populated, the last school in-session date that is less than the student's exit date value is reported for both the Reporting District Exit Date and the Facility/Grade Exit Date.

The enrollment function Re-enroll in School now displays the Date Registered field and shows the current date.
