State Reporting 22.1.2.0 Release Notes

CRDC Report (2020 - 2021): Version 1.1

The Common template (shared by all states) of the CRDC Report (2020-2021) is updated to have the correct column headers for the new Staff Offenses columns as per the information provided in the 'CRDC School 3.csv' file.
Note: The base version of the CRDC 2020-2021 report is updated to 1.1 with this release. State-specific updates to the base version are denoted with a second dot version number (e.g., CRDC Report (2020-2021): Version 1.1.1).

CRDC Report (2020 - 2021): Version 1.1

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report Common Template is updated to return student information for remote school enrollments in Computer Science classes. Initially it was only returning information for home school enrollments.

The Digital Equity & Learning Preference data entry page in the public portal has been updated and now records will not save if the Date field is blank.

The Digital Equity & Learning Preference new record page, in the public portal, has been updated and now the Device Type field can be populated by parents and guardians if the district has opted to expose this page.

Health Report: Version 1.4

The Health Report has been updated and the Hearing Screening Outcome column is now returning the display values (Pass/Fail) rather than the State Name value.

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.2

The Office Visit Clinic Log report has been updated and will no longer display previous school’s office visit records.

AzEDS Student Demographics publishing is updated to report Student Demographic records for previous enrollment JTED Enrollments as expected.

The AzEDS Dashboard data views for Student Attendance are updated to have new filters, allowing users to filter results by: Distance Learning Attendance, Regular Attendance, or All Attendance.

Updating the Primary Contact flag from the Student Contacts page will now reflect the changes on Contact Details Page when viewing contact relationships from the new Core Contacts screen.

CRDC Report (2020-2021): Version 1.0.1

The CRDC Report (2020-2021) is updated to have additional columns of data in the CRDC Student Audit.csv file to help users identify students who are taking classes at another school. The file now includes a SchoolID column after the various CRDC course enrollment columns to let users know where the course was taken.

The CRDC Report (2020-2021) is also updated to count year long Algebra I courses broken into Trimester and Quarter long segments (terms). These term length classes were previously not included in the class counts.

Pupil Withdrawal Data Report: Version 1.7

The Pupil Withdrawal Data report is updated to display the following message if no students meet the selection criteria: No students withdrawn between the report start and end dates.

The SAIS FTE and JTED Validation Tool is updated to list a selection of students as expected.

The Student AOI Import function is updated to display a ‘loading’ box and disable the submit button while processing an AOI Import file. The new loading box will disappear and the submit button will be enabled once the import process is complete.

The Core and AZ Student Contact screens are updated to enable retrieval of Contact Unique IDs based on the District’s Student Core Contacts adoption status.

• The link for assigning unique ids will be disabled and an information message will be displayed in AZ Contacts when Student Core Contact Adoption Status is enabled. (AZ Contacts should no longer be used after adopting the newer Core Student Contacts)
• The link for assigning unique id will be disabled and an information message will be displayed in Core Contacts when the Core Student Contact Adoption Status setting at District Office is disabled.
  • Unique ID retrieval for the newer Core Student Contacts can be used after enabling the Core Student Contact Adoption Status setting at District Office.
