All States/Provinces: Contact Relationship Details Enterprise Report Update

Contact Relationship Details (Enterprise Report): Version 2.0

Updated the Contact Relationship Details Enterprise report with the following changes:

• Corrected issue where phone, email, or address might not display when there is data in the contact’s record.

• Added second email address.

• Added many new student fields, including Track, legal name, legal gender, and guardian alert.

• Added all fields from the PersonCoreFields table.

• Added field-level security (FLS) support to all supported student and contact fields.

• Other design enhancements have been made, including a reset button and full-screen button.

All States/Provinces: Contact Tracing Report Update - Attendance Data

Student Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.4

The Contact Tracing report has been updated and now pulls attendance data based on a newly added report parameter. When this parameter is selected, the attendance for the selected students will be reported by Day/Period (depending on if the default for the student’s FTE is meeting or daily attendance).

The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated and will no longer pull invalid inventory records that result in a negative inventory value.

AzEDS: Student/Staff/Contact Identity: 500 Error Updates

AzEDS Identity processing is updated to account for a change in how ADE processes Students, Parents, and Staff records. The state used to return a 403 error when a Student, Parent, or Staff record already exists in their database but is not yet 'claimed' by a school through a School Enrollment (StudentSchoolAssociation). They are now returning a generic 500 error.

• This change will treat 500 errors as Dependencies, the same way as 403 errors are handled.

• This change is applied to 3 resources "STUDENTS", "PARENTS",'' STAFF".

Note: It will be necessary to run "Retry Errors" for Identification, Student Contacts, and Staff Demographics and will need to republish "Student Enrollments" for the schools that they have student enrollments in a Dependency State.

Student enrollment validation on Transfer Info is updated to allow the new Summer Withdrawal Codes S41 and S51 to be selected when entry date equals exit date.

CRDC 2020-21 Data Collection Changes

The following new data collection and updates for the 20-21 submission are added to the Arizona CRDC pages:

• The Schools/School Info CRDC page is updated to include:

  • DIND-1 and DIND-2: COVID-related Directional Indicators (New)

  • Aggregate data entry for sexual assault or rape offenses involving staff members. (Optional for the 2020-2021 collection)

  • Aggregate data entry for staff and security staff FTE counts.

• The Courses and Sections CRDC pages are updated to no longer allow selection of the AP category “OT – Other”.

• Data elements that are no longer collected for the 2020-21 submission are moved to deprecated field sections at the bottom of the respective CRDC pages.

• Collection year is removed from all CRDC pages.

• The Student Incident screens are updated with new or updated data collection:

  • CRDC Behaviors no longer collected are moved to a deprecated section.

  • New Action Attributes:

    • Bullying/Harassment Basis - Sexual Orientation (CRDC)

    • Bullying/Harassment Basis - Religion (CRDC)

    • Perceived Religions Affiliation (Optional for the 2020-2021 collection)
