State Reporting 21.7.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.0
Attendance Change History Report is a new System report that lists the students with attendance changes during the selected period.

Implemented Security updates on the Edit School page.

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

Health Report: Version 1.3

The Health report is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

The following updates are made to the Learning Preference Code definition page:

• The Alternative Report Code and Set as Default fields are now editable
• The Edit & New Digital Equity & Learning Preference record page is now updated to honor the Learning Preference Set as Default setting.

Implemented Security updates on the All Students page in the Teacher Portal.

The improper use of tlist_sql/table_info tags, related to Prefs, has been fixed on the following page:

Yearly Medication Administration Record: Version1.3

The Yearly Medication Administration Record is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.1

The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated, and it runs (and completes) as expected for medications with “Received” inventory.

The AZ Safe Validation report was modified to give proper results in case of multiple users running the report at the same time.

DCF (Data Change Framework) functionality is enabled for districts who have adopted the new core Student Contacts at District Office. Changes to new core Student Contact data will now be automatically published through AzEDS.

The AzEDS - Student Contacts data view is updated to have two columns ‘Student Contact Name (AZ Contacts)’ and ‘Student Contact Name (New Core Contacts)’ for fetching data based on the Student core contact adoption flag from AZ contact page and core contact page. The Contact’s name will display in one column or the other depending on whether your district has adopted the new core Student Contacts, or is still using AZ Contacts.

The AzEDS 2021-22 profile is updated to no longer have the Data Changes service option disabled (un-checked) during a system restart or during a Load Server Reports special operation.

The AzEDS 2021-22 profile is updated to send data changes as they occur for Student Needs and Student SPED Responsibility records. Prior to this update, some changes were not captured and reported through DCF (Data Change Framework) to AzEDS.

When running the ReEnrolll in SAIS Needs function for the 21-22 school year, all student programs returned by the query results matching the old 2020-21 21st century programs are updated to ReEnroll in the 21st CCLC program.

The AzEDS 2021-22 profile is updated to no longer display an error when requesting a new uniqueID for the new Core Student Contacts after enabling the Student Contact Adoption Status at District Office.

Charter Estimated Counts Report: Version 1.6

The Charter Estimated Counts Report is updated with the following changes:

• Removed no longer collected columns.
• Added School ID column.
• Grade Level, ELL Status, FTF Status, and SPED Program Service Type columns are been updated to report values according to the new specifications.

Pupil Withdrawal Form: Version 1.3

The AZ Pupil Withdrawal Form is updated to conform to the new layout for the 2021-22 school year, which includes more exit codes.
