AzEDS - Student Contacts: Implementation of DCF for New Core Student Contacts

DCF (Data Change Framework) functionality is enabled for districts who have adopted the new core Student Contacts at District Office. Changes to new core Student Contact data will now be automatically published through AzEDS.

AzEDS - Student Contacts: Update Student Contact Data Views for New Core Student Contacts

The AzEDS - Student Contacts data view is updated to have two columns ‘Student Contact Name (AZ Contacts)’ and ‘Student Contact Name (New Core Contacts)’ for fetching data based on the Student core contact adoption flag from AZ contact page and core contact page. The Contact’s name will display in one column or the other depending on whether your district has adopted the new core Student Contacts, or is still using AZ Contacts.

When running the ReEnrolll in SAIS Needs function for the 21-22 school year, all student programs returned by the query results matching the old 2020-21 21st century programs are updated to ReEnroll in the 21st CCLC program.
