State Reporting 20.6.2.2 Release Notes

| PSSR-238563 | AzEDS Sends Delete Transactions for All Students Moving a School Excluded from State Reporting (Graduated Students School) | AzEDS no longer sends delete transactions for all students who move to a school that is both excluded from state reporting and has no set school entity ID. The issue typically manifested while running the PowerSchool End-of-Year process. Upon installation of the 20.6.2.2 state reporting installer, AzEDS will automatically attempt to republish each category that has a student-related resource that has been deleted for all re-enrollment and concurrent enrollment schools for the 2019-2020 school year where there is a current student enrollment at a school that is excluded from state reporting. |
| PSSR-238105 | AzEDS Student Transcript Dependency Issue Resolved | AzEDS Student Transcript publishing is updated to resolve an issue with publishing transcript data at schools configured to submit Standards Grades. The records will no longer be held in dependency. |
| PSSR-239047 | AzEDS Student Transcript Updated to Publish All Configured Grades | The AzEDS Student Transcripts resource is updated to publish all course transcript records (final grades) configured on the Final Grade mapping pages on the Edit School screen (Schools/School Info) at District Office. Previous to this fix, Student Transcript publishing was only publishing a single grade for each course, even if multiple grades were configured to publish on the Final Grade mapping screen. AzEDS publishing is updated to publish all valid store codes entered, including comma-separated values. For instance, if "S1,S2" is entered for a term, AzEDS will publish an S1 and an S2 grade for a course.
PowerSchool recommends running a Publish All for Student Transcripts at each school after installation of this release.
