State Reporting 20.5.1.0 Release Notes

When a student is enrolled in a class at another school (remote enrollment), remote sections get published in the student's home school, but the Teacher teaching the remote section does not get published in the staffSectionAssociation resource from the home school.
The logic related to the staffSectionAssociation resource is updated to publish teacher information for staff who are associated with the remote section that students are enrolled in at the student's home school.

AzEDS Student Program publishing is updated to no longer hold student program records in dependency when a student transfers from one school to another in the middle of the school year.

The DEX framework is updated to improve performance when staging records for publishing (Processing column).

An issue was found with a Java heap memory leak when using the Data Exchange system. This has been resolved, and the Java heap memory now remains steady.
